Red Teaming Specialist - AI Training

Responsibilities

• Participate in data annotation projects to train AI models
• Enhance model safety performance through critical thinking and subject matter expertise
• Contribute to innovative AI-focused projects

Requirements

• Native speaker of one of the listed languages
• University degree (Masters or PhD) in STEM, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering
• Proven experience with Red Teaming
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Red Teaming terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI safety and policy
• Familiarity with multilingual AI systems
