Responsibilities

• Manage Concierge Referrals by understanding member preferences and finding high-quality providers
• Work with scheduling teams to book appointments on behalf of members
• Gather accurate data from provider offices including availability, insurance contracts, and conditions treated
• Assist members in collecting medical records to forward to new providers
• Collaborate with Member Care Advocates, Records Specialists, Clinical, and Quality teams
• Maintain high velocity and quality performance targets while meeting service level agreements
• Discuss additional benefits with members and connect them with appropriate departments

Requirements

• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Apps and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform accurate data collection and entry
• Adaptability in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and perform internet searches
