Regional Affiliate BD Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and activate KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and regional partners
• Build and manage cooperation models such as rebate programs, commission structures, and affiliate incentives
• Manage partner relationships to improve trading volume, active users, deposits, and revenue contribution
• Work with Marketing, Product, and BD leadership to support localized campaigns and market feedback
• Build market maps covering partner landscapes, competitor activity, and user behavior
• Track partner performance and provide regular reporting on pipeline and commercial contribution

Requirements

• Proven BD experience in crypto exchange, futures trading, broker, or Web3 trading products
• Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, or rebate incentive models
• Existing partner resources in at least one regional market or language group
• Strong understanding of crypto trading users and futures products
• Ability to demonstrate previous BD outcomes like trading volume or campaign ROI
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, broker, or affiliate network
• Existing KOL or trading community resources ready for immediate activation
• Experience with VIP traders, API traders, or copy-trading communities
• Experience covering regional ecosystems such as Europe, LATAM, CIS, MENA, or APAC
