Job description
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the MEA channel and alliances strategy aligned to regional revenue targets
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners including national and regional VARs, global and regional SIs, GRC and cybersecurity-focused MSSPs, and advisory consulting firms
- Leverage existing regional partner relationships to rapidly generate pipeline and ARR
- Develop new partner-led revenue streams in whitespace and underpenetrated markets across GCC and Africa
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced enterprise opportunities through structured sales methodologies
- Collaborate with direct sales teams on joint account planning, co-selling, and deal execution
- Represent the company at regional partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences
- Provide regional market feedback to leadership and product teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with prior direct sales success
- 3-5 years of channel and alliance ecosystem management experience across the full partner lifecycle
- Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or enterprise SaaS preferred
- Proven success carrying and achieving annual quotas exceeding $5M
- Demonstrated ability to build partner-sourced pipeline in greenfield territories
- Existing partner relationships across Middle East and Africa
- Working knowledge of GRC, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled enterprise platforms
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- CRM proficiency and strong commercial acumen for complex enterprise deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Referenceable relationships with regional enterprise VARs, SIs, and cloud partner teams
- Experience in regulated industries including financial services, government, and critical infrastructure
- Track record driving ARR through cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs
- Expertise building partner practices and packaged offerings
- GRC or risk management certification
