Regional Business Director, East

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and develop Key Account Managers to elevate performance
• Lead and coordinate in-field sales activities and frequent travel to maximize territory performance
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable through regular coaching and reviews
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies for regional and territory growth
• Ensure team compliance with promotional guidelines, budgets, and regulatory policies
• Maintain technical expertise to support customer and team inquiries
• Lead training, meetings, and development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including institutional sales
• 5 years of experience leading a pharmaceutical sales team with a proven track record of regional success
• Rare disease experience
• Strong knowledge of legal and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Ability to travel extensively within and external to assigned Area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching products in start-up or high-growth environments
• Neuromuscular sales experience
