Regional Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth and reactivation through local growth initiatives and experiments
• Launch and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities
• Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimization
• Monitor key growth metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, and Content teams to execute growth initiatives

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, or Product Growth
• Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact
• Experience in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to drive decision-making
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills
• Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
