Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for the Dubai office, providing HR, policy, and administrative support.
  • Partner with the U.S. HR team on regional processes, global projects, and strategic guidance.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Drive performance management activities and support the "Pay for Performance" culture.
  • Oversee HR operations within Workday, ensuring accurate data management and record audits.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor compliance and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to local managers on employee relations, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain confidential personnel records and manage job changes within the HRIS.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, supporting various levels of management.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR business partnering.
  • Experience supporting onsite office operations in a dynamic, fast-paced, or "start-up" environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working within a diverse, multinational company culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Workday (HRIS).
  • Experience with Google Business Suite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Administration.
