Regional Lead, Clinical Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence managers within the assigned region
• Collaborate with capital sales teams to expand product footprints
• Ensure execution of routine and quality customer business reviews
• Develop and implement clinical strategies to expand medical device utilization
• Manage relationships with healthcare providers, professional organizations, and regulatory agencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations
• Support the training and upleveling of the clinical excellence team
• Partner with marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to align with strategic priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in healthcare or medical device settings
• Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards
• Experience developing business plans and ROI
• Deep understanding of health system accreditation processes
• Strong process and quality improvement background
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or MBA
• Functional knowledge of dialysis or relevant medical technologies
• Advanced nursing certifications (CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, or CCRN)
