Regional Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Care Coordination (PCC) team through direct management of the PCC Lead
• Own regional KPIs including response times, scheduling turnaround, and patient satisfaction
• Coach and develop the Lead in managing coordinator performance and accountability
• Evaluate PCC workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Partner with providers to support patient intake, pre-visit preparation, and post-visit follow-up
• Act as a liaison between clinical providers and the coordination team to resolve friction points

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in virtual healthcare operations, patient care coordination, or practice management
• Proven experience managing or leading a team
• Demonstrated success managing to KPIs and driving measurable performance improvements
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient support lifecycles
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Active MA Certification
