Regional Sales Director Dubai

Responsibilities

• Lead and create new sales opportunities within target Fortune 250 accounts, guiding both Illumio and partner virtual teams to secure deals
• Develop and execute a territory plan for target accounts with a focus on both "landing" and "expanding"
• Drive a regional sales plan, collaborating closely with ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors, and other field resources
• Accurately forecast client business objectives and align with Illumio strategies
• Identify, engage, and build robust relationships with resellers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners

Requirements

• 8+ years in full-cycle enterprise sales within security or networking software
• Minimum 5 years co-selling with a strong partner network
• Proven experience with C-suite level sales and strong regional contacts
• Technically savvy and strong listening/consultative skills
• History of adaptability in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving large enterprise deals ($500k to $1M+)
• Ability to deliver tailored, value-driven presentations and "teaching conversations"
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding regional partner networks
