Regional Sales Director Dubai

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line leader in the Illumio field organization, finding and creating new sales opportunities within target accounts, and leading virtual teams to win those opportunities.
• Create and execute territory plans focused on “landing and expanding,” prospecting into Fortune 250 named accounts to engage champions and sponsors.
• Drive a regional sales strategy with close collaboration among ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors, and extended field resources.
• Accurately forecast business objectives for clients and Illumio.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and key partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full cycle enterprise sales with robust background in security and/or networking software.
• 5+ years of co-selling experience within a strong partner network.
• Proven track record of selling to C-suite executives across all lines of business with a strong regional rolodex.
• Technically savvy; able to deliver compelling, tailored teaching conversations.
• Strong listener with the ability to ask the right questions; capable of urgency and capitalizing on all channels.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with adaptability.
