About the Company

Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to transform the healthcare economy. We partner with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using data-driven insights, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment
  • Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipelines
  • Partner with other Regional Directors and Sales Account Executives to collaborate on in-market support and broker relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
  • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
  • Experience selling in market with established broker relationships
  • Strong ability to present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
