Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic client acquisition across the Middle East.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, complex deal structuring, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with CEOs, CIOs, and Heads of Wealth/Digital transformation.
- Develop and execute country-level go-to-market strategies for the GCC, Levant, and North Africa regions.
- Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape winning value-based proposals.
- Manage and grow a regional partner ecosystem consisting of system integrators and advisory firms.
- Track market trends and regulatory changes to provide feedback on product and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven sales experience within the banking, wealth management, or fintech industries.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets specifically within the Middle East market.
- Expertise in selling complex software solutions through consultative and solution-based methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic or French is a significant advantage.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant professional certifications in sales or financial services.
- Deep understanding of regional banking regulations and technology trends.
