Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a new business Account Executive team to build pipeline and close net new logos
  • Own enterprise outbound strategy and coach AEs on deal execution
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Step into complex deals to support opening and closing
  • Set and achieve key priorities and OKRs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a frontline enterprise sales manager
  • Experience leading teams of 6–10 Account Executives
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
  • Expertise in disciplined pipeline management and qualification frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICCC
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for six-figure contracts
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in developer tools or a related technical domain
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with Sales Engineers and engage engineering buyers
