Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across the UAE, driving quota attainment and revenue growth.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing sales talent; promote a culture of coaching and accountability.
  • Support customer engagements, join executive meetings, and cultivate C-level relationships to expand enterprise accounts.
  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with regional market dynamics and company objectives.
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline health reporting, and performance insights to Area Sales Management.
  • Mentor team on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex SaaS opportunities.
  • Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams in technology or SaaS companies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise applications (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • History of building and scaling GTM strategies in the UAE or MENA region.
  • Strong operational skills: territory planning, sales processes, and tooling optimisation.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and promoting internal sales talent.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, AI-enabled SaaS environment.
