Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across the UAE, driving quota attainment and revenue growth.
- Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing sales talent; promote a culture of coaching and accountability.
- Support customer engagements, join executive meetings, and cultivate C-level relationships to expand enterprise accounts.
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with regional market dynamics and company objectives.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline health reporting, and performance insights to Area Sales Management.
- Mentor team on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex SaaS opportunities.
- Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong operational skills: territory planning, sales processes, and tooling optimisation.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and promoting internal sales talent.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, AI-enabled SaaS environment.
