Responsibilities
- Own and scale broker growth strategy in the assigned region
- Build deep, trusted relationships with brokers, GAs, and distribution partners
- Identify high-potential distribution partners for long-term investment
- Represent Sidecar Health at local broker events and industry meetings
- Identify, test, and refine new go-to-market and growth strategies
- Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional partner experiences
- Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to inform product decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or adjacent industries (PBM, stop-loss, PEO, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to generate and develop new opportunities and self-sourced leads
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to travel up to 40% within Texas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calling on brokers and/or agencies
