Responsibilities

  • Own and scale broker growth strategy in the assigned region
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with brokers, GAs, and distribution partners
  • Identify high-potential distribution partners for long-term investment
  • Represent Sidecar Health at local broker events and industry meetings
  • Identify, test, and refine new go-to-market and growth strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional partner experiences
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to inform product decisions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or adjacent industries (PBM, stop-loss, PEO, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to generate and develop new opportunities and self-sourced leads
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within Texas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience calling on brokers and/or agencies
