Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities within the assigned territory to acquire net-new logos.
  • Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect workflows and partner with technical counterparts to prototype or configure proof-of-concepts.
  • Translate product functionality into concrete business value for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, legal, and deal desk to ensure well-scoped, de-risked projects and finalized agreements.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through self-sourced outbound efforts and marketing leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales and leading complex deal cycles.
  • Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing skills with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing VP and C-level executives.
  • Ability to connect AI capabilities with business priorities and measurable value.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% for prospect meetings and discovery workshops.
  • A consultative, "builder" mindset with the ability to work alongside technical partners on solution scoping.
