Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing and optimizing dealer accounts
  • Cultivate professional relationships across dealership departments
  • Execute communication and on-site consultations to monitor dealer health
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities to expand the dealer network
  • Represent the company at industry meetings and marketing events
  • Analyze performance indicators and market reports to execute data-driven plans
  • Deliver progress reports to dealership management regarding performance trends
  • Lead implementation of platform updates and train dealership staff

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outside sales within Powersports, RV, or Marine industries
  • 2-5 years of experience in dealership operations or related outside sales roles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Deep technical knowledge of the powersports industry
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities
