Regional Threat Assessment Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end threat case management for the EMEA region, including intake, triage, behavioral assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Lead structured behavioral threat assessments using established frameworks to evaluate motivation, capability, and escalation indicators.
• Drive intelligence-led incident response by serving as the regional intelligence lead during active incidents.
• Partner cross-functionally with Executive Protection, GSOC, Legal, HR/ER, and Insider Threat teams to coordinate response actions.
• Produce decision-ready briefings, written assessments, and executive updates regarding threat posture and risk rationale.
• Strengthen regional program maturity by improving intake standards, playbooks, metrics, and training processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in threat assessment, protective intelligence, workplace violence prevention, or related security functions.
• Proven track record of managing high-consequence casework independently as a regional subject matter expert.
• Ability to conduct complex threat investigations and translate fragmented information into actionable mitigation plans.
• Proficiency with case management and intelligence tools, including OSINT platforms and social media monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and navigating workplace violence reporting obligations across various jurisdictions.
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to drive workflow efficiency and quality.
