Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the United Arab Emirates to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Lead, coach and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on strategic account development
  • Align strategy across partners, GSIs, technology and academic alliances to expand capacity and customer impact
  • Act as the public industry evangelist for UiPath in the UAE at events and PR opportunities
  • Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting cadence and establishment of reference accounts
  • Drive large, transformational deals and provide executive sponsorship on complex opportunities

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise sales experience
  • Proven GTM strategy execution
  • Team leadership & coaching
  • Deep knowledge of UAE market
  • Executive relationship building
  • Track record closing multi-million deals
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills
  • Experience with rigorous sales methodologies and accurate forecasting
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI / automation / RPA sales motions
  • Prior success working with GSIs and channel partners in MENA
  • Public speaking or industry evangelism experience
  • Experience building reference accounts in enterprise segments
