Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of healthcare Account Executives
  • Own forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across the region
  • Set and execute go-to-market strategy for health systems, payers, and health-tech companies
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders
  • Build executive relationships at the CIO/CISO/CMIO level
  • Establish ROI frameworks tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
  • Navigate HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements and procurement processes
  • Partner with Field Engineering and AI Deployment teams to ensure successful production deployment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience
  • 3+ years leading and scaling a quota-carrying sales team
  • Experience in developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of landing new logos and expanding strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of healthcare buying motions, HIPAA, and compliance expectations
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving technical and clinical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Passion for AI and developer productivity tools
