Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Middle East sales team, driving strategic value propositions to C-level prospects and positioning Coupa as a top cloud/SaaS solution.
  • Develop and deliver world-class sales proposals while engaging with C-level prospects to close deals.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including building a sales organization, creating account penetration models, and executing targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain the system of record in Salesforce and provide weekly sales updates for the region.
  • Develop and improve localized content, competitive positioning, and messaging to enable the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum ten years of sales experience, with at least three years in a sales management role at the same company.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record in selling complex cloud/SaaS software and meeting direct sales targets.
  • Experience recruiting and developing top sales talent.
  • Strong ability to identify customer pains and create compelling value propositions up to C-level executives.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region and to headquarters in California.
