Regional Vice President, Operations

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic direction for regional manufacturing operations and translate enterprise production goals into regional priorities
• Provide strategic guidance to Directors of Site Operations and reinforce preferred operational methods
• Own the regional P&L and partner with controllers to analyze efficiency metrics, labor variance, and cost drivers
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Production, Cultivation, Quality, Compliance, and Supply Chain
• Champion a high-performance culture and prioritize talent development and succession planning
• Implement scalable standard operating procedures and continuous improvement via LEAN and Kaizen principles
• Ensure rigorous compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis manufacturing regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business
• 10+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Multi-site leadership experience
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L management experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
• Must pass background checks and be approved by state badging agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certifications
• Exposure to horticulture, plant science, or lab processing
• Experience in a high-growth operational environment
