Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Southeast region
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives running complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
  • Serve as executive sponsor on Blitzy's largest deals, building and maintaining C-suite and board-level relationships
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan, including territory design and growth strategy
  • Drive rigorous forecast accuracy and pipeline management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Work with channel and technology partners to extend regional reach

Requirements

  • 8+ years of formal sales leadership experience building high-performance enterprise sales teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Deep experience running sales cycles with large enterprise customers at the executive level
  • Experience selling technical SaaS or cloud-based software
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Ability to thrive in a startup or high-velocity environment
