Registered Dietitian

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), including assessment, diagnosis, interventions, and evaluation
• Support members managing chronic conditions such as Crohn’s, UC, IBS, Celiac, and gastroparesis
• Apply evidence-based strategies like FODMAP and elimination diets to improve member quality of life
• Use counseling techniques including motivational interviewing and strengths-based care to support behavior change
• Guide members in SMART goal-setting, education, and building self-efficacy
• Document clinical sessions in accordance with company standards and HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) status certified through the CDR
• Valid state licensure
• A quiet, professional dedicated workspace with secure high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of outpatient dietitian experience
• Master’s degree in Dietetics or Human Nutrition
• NBC-HWC Certification
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
• Multi-state licensure
• Specialized training in MI, SMART goal setting, or stages of change assessment
