Registered Dietitian

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach
• Assess nutritional health and develop personalized, root-cause care plans
• Create and modify individualized nutrition interventions based on patient needs
• Document all appointments in the Healthie platform with high attention to detail
• Respond to patient communications in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members through case discussions and meetings
• Manage a consistent patient caseload ensuring continuity of care

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with current CDR registration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 12 hours of weekly availability
• Ability to complete insurance credentialing before start date
• Must not maintain an active private practice or independent business

Preferred Qualifications

• CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)
• IFNA Certified (IFNCP credential a plus)
• Availability for evening appointments
