Registered Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs managing real-time patient alerts
• Monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, and staffing coverage
• Conduct clinical audits and chart reviews to evaluate triage quality and documentation accuracy
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and formal performance management to frontline clinicians
• Partner with clinical leadership on escalation pathways and workflow optimization
• Support hiring and onboarding efforts for triage-ready candidates
• Contribute directly to patient care and alert management during high volume periods

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered compact RN license
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing RN in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care, or remote monitoring
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in high-volume or remote care environments
• Experience evaluating clinical quality and triage decision-making
• Strong operational management experience with performance metrics
• Proficiency with AI-assisted clinical tools
