Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, review, approval, distribution, and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain policy repositories and review schedules to ensure documents remain current and compliant
  • Assist with drafting policy language and formatting documents to organizational standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor regulatory changes and support policy alignment
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to gather input and coordinate reviews
  • Prepare and maintain reports, logs, dashboards, and other compliance documentation
  • Coordinate policy-related training materials and support compliance education initiatives

Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, policy coordination, compliance, or healthcare operations
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably healthcare
  • Strong project management aptitude
  • Regulatory knowledge in policy and procedures management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with document management and tracking systems
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
