Regulatory Quant & Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate legislation and regulatory guidance into structured decision frameworks and scoring models
• Define quantitative thresholds and risk scores for automated vs. human review
• Design and prototype AI-powered workflows for regulatory research, KYC, and surveillance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows
• Build analytical models to assess regulatory risk and enforcement impact
• Conduct structured regulatory research across key jurisdictions like Singapore, EU, and UK
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to embed regulatory requirements into product design

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial services law, or related roles
• Strong understanding of VASP regulation and licensing frameworks (e.g., MAS, FCA, MiCAR, ADGM)
• Ability to build tech-supported workflows using Python, scripting, or low-code platforms
• Experience working with LLMs, APIs, and workflow orchestration
• Strong analytical and computational thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crypto/fintech or a trading venue
• Proficiency in designing evaluation frameworks for AI decision models
