Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and submission of reports to UAE Regulators based on US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting IFRS
• Prepare Local Regulatory Reporting and Audited Financial Statements
• Manage capital including preparation of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Automate local regulatory reporting processes
• Produce metrics for senior management regarding key issues and remediation status
• Assist with closing books, sub-ledgers, and consolidating financials
• Perform analysis of financial results to identify causes of variances
• Assist in developing process efficiencies and data quality improvement projects
• Interpret policies and resolve complex transactions

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Project Management experience
