Remote Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional team members to thoroughly understand project briefs, target audiences, and design objectives.
• Develop and prepare initial design drafts and present visual concepts and samples for internal review, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Produce polished design materials suitable for client presentations, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appeal.
• Efficiently revise and iterate on design work based on constructive feedback from internal teams and clients, ensuring project satisfaction.
• Prepare production-ready documents and final artwork, adhering to specified technical requirements and brand guidelines.
• Provide comprehensive support to the broader creative team by assisting with various design-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and feedback exchange.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation and integration.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail for flawless execution.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics applications for dynamic visual content creation.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, specifically 508 compliance, closed captioning, and open captioning.
• Familiarity with creative brief interpretation and client presentation material development.
