Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls for the team
  • Manage shared inboxes and route correspondence to correct departments
  • Greet and assist virtual visitors via video call platforms
  • Maintain accurate contact lists, calendars, and administrative records
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Google Calendar
  • Matric certificate required
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
