Reports Administrator

Responsibilities

• Compile, format, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to relevant stakeholders
• Gather data from multiple internal systems and consolidate into clear, accurate reports
• Maintain and update reporting templates, dashboards, and data trackers
• Ensure all reports are delivered on time and meet quality and accuracy standards
• Identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies in data for review
• Assist with the development of new reporting formats as business needs evolve
• Support management with ad hoc data requests and analysis as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a reporting, data administration, or analytical support role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience with reporting tools or dashboards such as Power BI or Google Data Studio
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously
• Good written communication skills for presenting findings clearly
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote environment
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
