Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to a panel of nurse practitioners
• Host regular group case consultation sessions for the NP team
• Provide physician collaboration and supervision for nurse practitioners with prescriptive authority
• Provide ad hoc, asynchronous consultation on psychopharmacologic questions specific to reproductive psychiatry
• Support onboarding of new NPs with orientation to clinical protocols
• Contribute clinical expertise to the development and refinement of clinical guidelines
• Participate in clinical quality and risk-management processes

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified in Psychiatry
• Active DEA registration
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts
• Clinical experience treating perinatal, postpartum, and peri/menopause-related mood and anxiety disorders
• Comfort with a fully remote, virtual consultation model

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training, fellowship, or certification in reproductive/perinatal psychiatry
• Prior experience supervising or collaborating with PMHNPs
