Research Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Contribute to discussion guides and study design for listening loops with youth cohorts
• Support listening sessions, build Miro boards, and manage interview/focus group logistics
• Conduct qualitative coding in Atlas.ti to surface patterns and representative quotes
• Conduct literature scans and prepare summaries of relevant findings
• Maintain IRB documentation, consent/assent logistics, and CITI training compliance
• Manage the data pipeline including recordings, transcription, and de-identification
• Maintain Qualtrics survey instruments and automated workflows
• Manage research tooling including Qualtrics, Calendly, and Atlas.ti

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology, human development, education, sociology, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in qualitative research or research operations
• Experience with IRB or human-subjects research
• Experience with Qualtrics for building surveys and automated workflows
• Qualitative research training including interviews and first-pass coding
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Atlas.ti or comparable coding software
• Background in adolescent development, education, or youth-facing research
• Experience coordinating across partner organizations
