Research Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies
• Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, and track attendance
• Serve as a point of contact for participants via confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate participant and project records and support panel database updates
• Help maintain and organize research tools, documentation, and shared resources
• Assist with participant payments and incentive delivery
• Work with senior leaders to identify process improvements and provide administrative support

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews, and/or Qualtrics
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for understanding users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, gaming, or agency environments
• Experience in the iGaming industry
