Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound reservation and sales inquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp, platforms)
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings for short- and long-term stays
  • Coordinate with operations and property partners on availability and pricing
  • Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and contracts
  • Manage CRM updates and follow up on leads
  • Support corporate clients, relocation companies, and repeat customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Requirements

  • Experience in serviced apartments, hotels, or real estate leasing is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using booking systems, CRM, and WhatsApp/email sales
  • Based in Dubai or available to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Russian language proficiency
