Job description
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound reservation and sales inquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp, platforms)
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings for short- and long-term stays
- Coordinate with operations and property partners on availability and pricing
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and contracts
- Manage CRM updates and follow up on leads
- Support corporate clients, relocation companies, and repeat customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
Requirements
- Experience in serviced apartments, hotels, or real estate leasing is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English
- Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking systems, CRM, and WhatsApp/email sales
- Based in Dubai or available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Russian language proficiency
