Respiratory Therapist (Therapy Adherence)

Responsibilities

• Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings to customers
• Conduct virtual machine setups for CPAP and BiPAP devices
• Titrate CPAP/BiPAP pressure following clinical guidelines
• Monitor patient compliance data from cloud-connected PAP devices
• Perform virtual mask fittings and provide equipment recommendations
• Educate patients on proper usage, cleaning, and maintenance of PAP equipment
• Guide patients through resupply schedules for masks, filters, and tubing
• Maintain documentation of patient interactions and troubleshooting steps in internal systems

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• 2–3 years of DME experience required
• Licensed in Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, Arizona, New Jersey, or West Virginia
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME)
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and cloud-based compliance systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT)
