About the Company

Sharebite is the leading food ordering platform built for companies to feed their employees. Every meal ordered on Sharebite results in a meal donation through local partners like Feeding America and City Harvest.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of restaurant partners and be accountable for their ongoing performance on the platform
  • Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners regarding reliability and responsiveness
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
  • Partner with Restaurant Sales, Logistics, and Customer Success to resolve live issues
  • Manage the end-to-end process for building and maintaining healthy restaurant rotations
  • Visit restaurant partners and client sites as needed to support launches and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in operations-heavy account management, client services, or restaurant operations
  • Experience managing live issues and prioritizing under pressure
  • Fluency in working with restaurant owners and operators
  • Ability to review performance data and use metrics to inform decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to visit restaurant partners and client sites in the field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Project Management skills
  • Basic query building (SQL)
  • Experience within the food tech space
