Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies for fashion categories
- Recruit and onboard high-potential suppliers to meet quarterly targets
- Negotiate commercial terms; manage P&L, pricing, and inventory health
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to suppliers
- Track, analyze, and report business development performance
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer and partner experience
- Conduct strategic business reviews and align on objectives with suppliers
- Train new suppliers on Trendyol tools and operational processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or engineering
- 5+ years in fashion e-commerce account management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven P&L ownership and pricing/inventory acumen
- Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel proficiency
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Project or process management experience
- SQL knowledge
