Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute portfolio strategies for fashion categories
  • Recruit and onboard high-potential suppliers to meet quarterly targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms; manage P&L, pricing, and inventory health
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to suppliers
  • Track, analyze, and report business development performance
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer and partner experience
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and align on objectives with suppliers
  • Train new suppliers on Trendyol tools and operational processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or engineering
  • 5+ years in fashion e-commerce account management
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven P&L ownership and pricing/inventory acumen
  • Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel proficiency
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project or process management experience
  • SQL knowledge
