Revenue Accountant – Billing

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices related to aviation operations, including flight operations, charter services, handling, landing, navigation, parking, and overflight charges
• Ensure billing aligns with contracts, tariffs, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Verify quantities, flight details, sectors, aircraft type, MTOW, and operational data used for billing
• Apply correct currency, exchange rates, taxes, and surcharges
• Perform revenue recognition, accruals, and deferrals in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Reconcile revenue, receivables, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue accounts

Requirements

• Strong understanding of aviation revenue streams, flight-related billing, and cost validation
• Experience with revenue accounting and billing processes
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
