Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue close by preparing journal entries, accounts receivable and deferred revenue reconciliations, AR Aging, and flux analyses
• Manage the full-cycle Order-to-Cash process, including invoicing, cash application, aging, and collections
• Identify and lead process improvements across revenue workflows, leveraging AI to modernize accounting
• Build revenue recognition workbooks for new products and pricing models
• Partner with Sales, Post Sales, FP&A, and Legal to resolve revenue and billing questions
• Implement controls over the revenue process and act as a key point of contact for external audit requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience
• Experience with ASC 606 in a SaaS or technology environment
• Big 4 or public accounting experience
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable ERP/CRM systems
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit coordination
