Revenue Cycle & Claims Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end claims and revenue-cycle operations, including submission, rejections, denials, appeals, and collections reporting
• Build and optimize payer- and program-specific billing workflows and claim configurations
• Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Operations, Clinical, Product, and Finance teams to resolve data issues and build scalable RCM functions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in medical billing, claims operations, or revenue-cycle management
• 3+ years of experience leading a revenue-cycle function
• Hands-on experience with claim submission, denials, appeals, and A/R management
• Experience working with Medicaid managed-care plans and complex payer requirements
• Proficiency with NPIs, modifiers, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes
• Strong analytical and project-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in occupational therapy, home health, or value-based care models
• Experience with provider credentialing, CAQH, and roster management
• Experience implementing or optimizing RCM or clearinghouse technology
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Waystar, Availity, or PaySpan
• CPC, CPB, or CRCR certification
