Revenue Cycle Intelligence Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engagement Managers on customer engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation
• Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
• Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise on revenue cycle operations, KPIs, and best practices
• Support product development by identifying opportunities for innovation and automation
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
• Travel occasionally to customer sites (estimated <20%)

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or consulting
• Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, workflows, and operational levers
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Experience working with RCM vendors, health systems, or payers
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH)
• PMP, RHIA, CRCR, or HFMA certifications
