Revenue Cycle Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate claims to insurance companies and government payers
• Verify accuracy of billing codes including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
• Monitor claim status and resolve denials, discrepancies, and appeals
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal/state billing regulations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of medical billing experience, preferably in home health
• Strong knowledge of home health billing codes and insurance guidelines
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and billing software

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in medical billing and coding (CPC, CPB)
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
