Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end enablement strategy for revenue teams across pre-sale and post-sale motions
  • Build structured onboarding programs for SDR, BDR, AE, CSM, and Solutions Engineering
  • Lead ongoing training and upskilling sessions including objection handling and product deep-dives
  • Develop and manage enablement content such as battlecards, competitive matrices, and pitch decks
  • Collaborate with Sales/RevOps to track enablement KPIs like ramp time and quota attainment
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to align content with GTM strategies

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Ops, or Sales Management
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Direct exposure to SDR, AE, CSM, or presales roles
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring results
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments
