Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth for assigned accounts by analyzing funnel performance, user behavior, and transaction data to drive activation and expansion
  • Lead client launches and post-launch growth plans using data-backed hypotheses and GTM execution
  • Define, monitor, and optimize growth KPIs including activation rates, active users, and transaction frequency
  • Identify growth levers across acquisition, engagement, and retention through cohort analysis and segmentation
  • Design, run, and scale structured growth experiments across product, lifecycle, and channels
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to translate insights into execution
  • Develop repeatable, data-driven growth playbooks and benchmarks for different markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue, or commercial analytics-led roles
  • Proven experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of payment flows such as remittances, wallets, payouts, or collections
  • High analytical fluency with experience working with dashboards, funnels, and cohorts
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to diagnose problems and run structured experiments
  • Experience launching products or scaling post-launch adoption using performance data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior role explicitly focused on growth experimentation or product-led growth
  • Exposure to multi-market or cross-border payments
  • Background working with banks, fintechs, wallets, or large digital platforms
