Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customer leaders at all levels
- Develop project timelines, implementation steps, and communication strategies
- Ensure high quality execution of all project deliverables
- Manage project scope and identify opportunities for change orders
- Serve as the primary advisor for hospital revenue integrity initiatives, including charge capture and CDM
- Support automation opportunities within EMRs like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
- Provide subject-matter expertise on CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer rules
- Develop and manage internal project finance and customer invoicing processes
- Oversee benefit tracking and maintain customer ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a health-related field
- 3-6 years of deep healthcare experience
- Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role
- Expertise in hospital revenue cycle management and revenue integrity processes
- Strong technical knowledge and relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA)
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, or MPH degree
- Clinical experience in radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing
- Experience with charge capture and coding
- Prior experience in sales or business development
