Revenue Integrity Reconciliation Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Gather, monitor, and analyze reconciliation data reports for Institute Revenue Hub Dashboards
• Identify and report trends or issues to management and team members
• Compare Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data to professional and hospital billing to ensure accurate coding
• Audit Revenue Capture policies and procedures for compliance
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Revenue Management departments to ensure timely revenue capture
• Ensure all billable services are accurately captured in the appropriate billing system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to meet specific internet requirements: Cable modem with 25 MBPS UP / 75 MBPS DOWN
• Computer must be connected via Ethernet cable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
