Job Description

Description Superside is looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage data to analyze business performance across key areas like sales, marketing, and revenue operations, helping to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes. By working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in identifying what’s working, what’s not, and supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CRO, CMO, and directors in sales, marketing, and revenue operations, to provide data-driven insights that support both strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights that guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data tools such as Looker and Google Sheets.
